Côba
CityHood's Review
Concept
Vietnamese barbeque flavours, via the Antipodes. Aussie restaurateur Damon Bui pays homage to his mother’s cooking with a select menu done exquisitely. Set in a former pub, the interior is clean, simple and balanced; much like the menu on offer. This is the kind of restaurant that exudes cool without seeming pretentious.
Food & Drink
The menu is short, but each item has been perfected over generations of the Bui family. Expect rich-in-flavour, clear-in-colour pho, smokey barbecue noodle salads and a good variety of vegetarian options.
We Love
The Australian-inspired interiors masterminded by local design agency Kai, creating a light and pleasant environment to enjoy light and pleasant food.
Price
Small plates from £6, big bowls from £10
